The School of Management and Engineering is looking for young talents (excellence category) from home and abroad, who are fresh PhD graduates or young scholars who have already obtained their PhD degrees, and are generally not older than 35 years old.

Support policies:

Annual salary starts from RMB 240,000 up to RMB 300,000. An additional research start-up fee of RMB 50,000 is provided.
