  • 現(xiàn)任南京大學(xué)復(fù)雜工程管理系副教授、南京大學(xué)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)管理研究院研究員。曾擔(dān)任工程現(xiàn)場管理顧問三年,并在香港大學(xué)、香港理工大學(xué)、同濟(jì)大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院、同濟(jì)大學(xué)復(fù)雜工程管理研究院從事教學(xué)科研工作,服務(wù)港珠澳大橋管理局、上海世博會工程建設(shè)指揮部、深圳市前海能源科技發(fā)展公司等客戶;迄今出版中文著作、英文著作及譯著4種;在《管理世界》、TR-A、IJPM、JCEM、JME等領(lǐng)域內(nèi)國內(nèi)國際重要學(xué)刊和國際會議發(fā)表論文30余篇;有論文入選經(jīng)濟(jì)與商業(yè)領(lǐng)域全球前1%高影響力論文。曾受邀擔(dān)任第六屆重大工程國際論壇(The 6th International Megaprojects Workshop)組委會副主席,曾獲高等教育國家級教學(xué)成果二等獎、教育部高等學(xué)校科技進(jìn)步一等獎、教育部高校人文社會科學(xué)研究優(yōu)秀成果二等獎、IPMA國際項(xiàng)目管理協(xié)會杰出研究貢獻(xiàn)獎等。


    教授課程主要包括: 本科生課程“工業(yè)智能與系統(tǒng)集成導(dǎo)論”、“項(xiàng)目管理”以及研究生課程“系統(tǒng)方法與應(yīng)用”、“工程管理前沿”與“系統(tǒng)集成方法論”(MEM)。

    1、管理科學(xué)與工程:復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理、政企合作、供應(yīng)鏈管理等

    2、工業(yè)工程與管理:環(huán)境科技治理、集成化開發(fā)和運(yùn)營、綠色價(jià)值管理、復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)建模

    3、工程項(xiàng)目管理(MEM專業(yè)碩士):從事企業(yè)管理數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型、采購和供應(yīng)鏈管理及技術(shù)研發(fā)創(chuàng)新等相關(guān)管理工作


    My research interests focus on Complex Engineering and Project Management with emphasis on organization theories and complexity theory. I started my academic career inthe School of Economics and Management, Tongji University, where I received a Bachelor degree and a Master degree both in Management Science and Engineering. After three years’ work as an on-site construction consultant with a variety of public agencies, investors, and developers involved. Later, I resumed my postgraduate study at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2010 and received a PhD degree in 2014. After graduation, I retuned to the old school at Tongji University as an Assistant Professor and joined the School of Management and Engineering, Nanjing University, as an Associate Professor, in 2022. The consulting and speaking clients include the Shanghai Expo Construction Headquarters,Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Authority, Shenzhen Qianhai Energy Technology Development Co., and Vanke Real Estate Corporation.


    Since 2014, I have served the principal investigator of three research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and held the full membership of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Association for Project Management, UK. Since 2012,I edited/co-authored two monographs, translated two English books, and published more than 40 papers in Chinese core journals, international journals, and international conferences. The referred journals mainly include the Management World (in Chinese), System Engineering-Theory and Practice (in Chinese), Transport Policy, Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice, International Journal of Project Management, Journal of Construction Engineering and Management, Journal of Management in Engineering, and Public Performance and Management Reviews. More than a half of my publicationslook at complex engineering and large project management in China. The residual involves management innovation and societalgovernance in project management. In addition, I served as a Co-chair of the 2018 International Megaprojects Workshop and received the 2019 Outstanding Contribution prize by the International Project Management Association.
